The processing of your data relies on your consent (forms, newsletter) and our legitimate interest (service improvement, statistics).
Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Recipients
Your data is exclusively processed by the Stock CO2 team. It is never sold or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and opposition. To exercise these rights: contact@stock-co2.fr.
Transfers outside the EU
Some data may be hosted in the United States (Vercel, MongoDB Atlas) under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
