These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website stock-co2.fr published by Stock CO2. Access to and use of the website implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions. Stock CO2 reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Modifications are applicable as soon as they are published. Applicable law: French law. Competent jurisdiction: Paris courts.
Article 1 — Access to the website
The website stock-co2.fr is freely accessible to any person with internet access. Access to information is free. Certain features require the creation of an account or subscription to a service with Stock CO2. The user acknowledges the inherent risks of the internet (interception, hacking). Connection costs remain the user's responsibility.
Article 2 — Website availability
Stock CO2 commits to ensuring the availability of the website 24/7. Interruptions are possible for maintenance, updates, emergency repairs or force majeure. These interruptions shall not engage the liability of Stock CO2.
Article 3 — User obligations
The user is responsible for the compatibility of their equipment with the website. Login credentials and passwords are personal, confidential and non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for the use of their credentials.
Article 4 — Intellectual property
4.1 – All content on the website (graphics, documents, audio, underlying technologies) is protected by intellectual property law. These elements are the exclusive property of Stock CO2 or third parties who have authorized it. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 5 — Personal data & GDPR
5.1 – Stock CO2 collects and processes personal data. The retention period is a maximum of 12 months on Stock CO2's servers. Processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5.2 – Personal data is used by Stock CO2 and its sub-processors for order management, commercial relations, invoicing and information on Stock CO2 projects.
5.3 – Stock CO2 certifies optimal data protection in accordance with legal requirements. Data is not retained beyond the necessary duration.
5.4 – The user can unsubscribe from the newsletter or make their profile anonymous via their customer account. The user can object to the commercial use of their personal data.

Article 6 — Limitation of liability

Stock CO2 reserves the right to modify and update these Terms without notice. Modifications are binding on users as soon as they are published.
